The Darryl Runswick Competition Final - Architexture 2021

Architexture, written for chamber orchestra, is a piece that was inspired by a long walk through London (to clear my head). The piece reflects the various orchestral styles and the quirks and spots of beauty that make up the city. The piece adjudicated by Stephen Fry who described it as 'exhibiting pockets of richness' which 'gain in rhythmic complexity.'

'Die Traumdeutung' for Chamber Orchestra 2022

Inspired by Freud's Dream Psychology, this piece explores the depth of dream psychosis. This piece was written for large chamber ensemble and performed by the Trinity Laban Contemporary Music Orchestra.

'Let the Carol's Ring for The London Mozart Players and Trinity Boy's Choir 2021.

I was commissioned by the London Mozart Players to write a new 2021 Christmas Carol called 'Let the Carol's Ring'. This was premiered at St John's the Evangelist, Upper Norwood, St Mary's Putney and Fairfield Halls, Croydon (Cancelled due to Covid 19). The piece was due to be performed by the London Mozart Players, Trinity Boy's Choir and two soloists. The text was by Olivia Bell, my long-term collaborater.

The Glass Fantasy - New Lights Piano Festival 2021.

Studio recording of ‘The Glass Fantasy’ for Flute, Violin and Piano by Georgia Barnes Flute - Georgie Proctor, Violin - Miriam Pancheva Piano - Georgia Barnes, Studio Technician - Barney Brosman

This trio was composed as a celebration of glass. Princess Alexandra of Bavaria believed she had swallowed a piano made of glass when she was child, and was terrified the instrument inside her would shatter into thousands of pieces.
